You can put on the best body lotion in the world, but it's not going to do anything if it's just sitting on layers of dead skin. It may seem counterintuitive, but exfoliation is the key to getting soft skin. As a self-appointed faux tanning expert, I know the importance of exfoliation all too well. I have tried so many expensive products, scented scrubs, and, to be honest with you, they all seemed the same to me for a while. However, I finally found an affordable exfoliator that really comes through, in an incredible, yet grossly satisfying way. 

Ditch the scrub and opt for this Goldsangsa exfoliating mitt instead. I was disgusted when I saw the amount of dead skin that came off the first time I used it, but when I got out of the shower, my skin was incredibly soft. The lotions and oils that I always used seemed to work even better after using this mitt too. If you're questioning me for recommending a $4 product, I don't blame you, but I'm not the only one who's into this. It has 18,300+ 5-star Amazon reviews.

This is not a disposable product. You can wash it and dry it, so you can use it over and over again. Plus, this is $4 for a pack of eight, which means you're spending 50 cents per mitt. You need to check this out.

I find that this works best after I've been in the warm shower for at least ten minutes. I don't put on any soaps or oils before using this. I use this on my whole body (minus the face and neck). After rinsing off all the dead skin, I continue with my shower as per usual and apply body wash after.
